Terms and Conditions – TEDxSydney Survey Giveaway

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals who complete the TEDxSydney survey by the closing date. Participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the prize draw. Employees of TEDxSydney and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry: To enter the draw, participants must fully complete the survey. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize: The prize is a double pass (two tickets) to TEDxSydney 2025 on 9 May. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The prize does not include travel, transfer or any additional costs associated with the winner attending.

Start & Closing Date: Entries open on Friday 3 January 3pm AEDT and entries close on Monday 13 January at 3pm AEDT. Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible for the draw.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided in the survey. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner may be drawn.

Privacy: Any personal information collected as part of the survey and giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of the prize draw and contacting the winner. Information will not be shared with third parties.

Changes and Cancellation: TEDxSydney reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
