Dan Brockwell
Dan is the Co-Founder & Head of School at Earlywork, building the fastest, fairest pathway to begin a career in tech with Australia’s first tech sales bootcamp, Earlywork Academy. Alongside this, he runs Earlywork Village, the #1 free tech careers community for early-career folks in APAC with 5000+ members.
In 2022, he was named one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices in Technology, and was listed on The Australian’s Top 100 Innovators.
Dan ‘s had a diverse start to his career across tech, startups & corporate, working as an Associate Product Manager at Atlassian, an Operations Associate at Ofload, a Project Management intern at Amazon, an Account Executive at Uber Eats, a UX Design intern at Deloitte Digital and a Marketing Intern at IBM. He studied Commerce (Marketing) & Computer Science at UNSW.
Beyond his role at Earlywork, Dan is also a founding investor at Ultraviolet Ventures, Explorer @ AirTree Ventures, and Advisor at NinetyEight, a cross-continental Gen Z marketing agency.
Outside of work, you’ll find him singing, beatboxing, running, hip hop dancing, board gaming, playing poker, hiking, or meditating.
