Kate is a freelance creative working under the guise of OKYO. A producer, facilitator and creative; driven by the opportunity our ideas generation has to create impact.
Specialising in the development and production of creative projects, she is interested in contemporary community and cultural development principals and how creativity can galvanise communities, making them more connected, responsive and ultimately more sustainable. Through her own studio practice Project OKYO, Kate has produced various creative projects across Local Government, community festivals, public art, freelance design and public programming. She is thrilled to join the TEDx Sydney team as Editorial Artist Liaison, giving Visual Artists a voice in spreading worthy ideas.
