Paul Hallit is Head of Training at The Little Marionette. He was brought up in a coffee loving family where the aroma of coffee was ever present, so it came as no surprise when Paul found his calling in the world of coffee. Paul’s passion for coffee brought him to the UK and Ireland where he facilitated the opening of several Australian cafes. Paul has been part of The Little Marionette team for four years.
