Phoebe Britten

Founder & Youth Advisor

 

Phoebe is an internationally recognised youth advisor passionate about advancing gender equality, civic engagement, and educational equity.

In 2023, she was the youngest member of the Youthwise International Public Policy Advisory board at the OECD, representing the voices of 4.7 million young Australians in global decision-making. She is a Board Director at Voices of Influence Australia and one of 17 young feminist leaders on the Global Youth Committee at the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership.

At 19, Phoebe founded Inspire Tomorrow Education, a youth-led nonprofit providing free tutoring and scholarship support to disadvantaged Australian students. In conjunction with studying Law at the University of Sydney, she was named as the youngest-ever Top 100 Future Leader by the Australian Financial Review and the youngest Top 25 Young Women To Watch in International Affairs (2024) by YAIA.
