Sarah Aarons


Sarah Aarons is a Grammy-nominated songwriter from Melbourne, Australia. Her career started locally with breakout hit “Keeping Score” by LDRU. This led to her move to Los Angeles in 2017 in pursuit of her songwriting career. Sarah had her first #1 song on the U.S. Billboard Top 40 radio chart with Zedd and Alessia Cara’s “Stay” where the song remained #1 for 5 weeks. She would go on to write “The Middle” recorded by Zedd and Maren Morris, which spent six weeks at #1 and broke the record for the longest running #1 on the US Billboard Dance chart.

In 2019 “The Middle” was Grammy nominated for Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Pop/Duo Group. In the summer of 2019, Sarah had her first #1 on the US Billboard Country Radio Charts with Maren Morris’ “Girl” and co-wrote four songs on Khalid’s Billboard #1 Album ‘Free Spirit’. Since moving to LA she has had multiple ARIA certified singles in Australia with The Rubens, Peking Duk, Cosmo’s Midnight and Hilltop Hoods. Whilst in the US Sarah has had releases with Halsey, Foster the People, John Legend, Dua Lipa, Camila Cabello and more.
