Stefan Swiegers

 

Stefan moved to Australia from South Africa in early 2000. Working as a chef, Stefan was learning about Australian flavours and ingredients when a barista colleague opened his eyes to coffee. Stefan’s colleague tried to give him the best possible coffee every day and this drive for perfection is something Stefan still carries with him today. Stefan has owned and operated a number of cafés, the latest one being Three Ronin in Sydney’s Chippendale.
