Wil Carmago’s coffee journey began when, as a university graduate, he left Cambodia for Australia to learn a second language. Whilst studying English, Wil stumbled upon a barista course and he has not looked back. Wil has been working with coffee for seven years and is the Head Barista at Kippaloo in Sydney’s Surry Hills.
