TEDxSydney returns to the Sydney Opera House on Wednesday 25 May 2016, and we’re delighted to be able to report that applications to attend are now open.
The 7th annual TEDxSydney event will be a full day of programming, blending talks, performances and films with delicious food and plenty of opportunities for networking and engagement with the TEDxSydney community.
If you’d like to come to TEDxSydney, we ask you to apply to attend. We read every application, and actively curate the audience to ensure it reflects the full diversity of our community. A TEDxSydney audience is unlike any other – a mix of everyone from interns to executives, students to retirees, accountants to artists. We aim to represent everyone from all stages of their career.
You recommend that you take some time to consider your application before you submit online. What makes you an interesting member of our audience? How can you help us to spread ideas? How is innovation, creativity and new thinking reflected in what you do and what you’ve achieved? What will other members of the community want to learn from you? We don’t distribute places to the fastest to apply, so take your time. Applications will be open for two weeks, closing at 12 Noon on Thursday 24 March 2016.

Tickets are also now on sale for TEDxYouth@Sydney – our event for 16-26 year olds, held at the Sydney Opera House on the same day as TEDxSydney, Wednesday 25 May 2016.
