Brookfarm farm sustainably and power their bakehouse with renewable energy. They use native Australian foods throughout their product range, and introduce IndigenoBrookfarm is an Australian company and proudly made in regional New South Wales. From humble beginnings in 1988, Pam and Martin Brook planted out a rundown dairy farm in the Byron hinterland with a macadamia orchard and rainforest trees. Breathing life back into the soil, they started producing premium muesli with their macadamias. The macadamia is an Australian Indigenous, native nut and is the heart of the product range.
The newly launched premium oven roasted whole macadamias feature Australian pink lake salt and native bush spices, celebrating the best of Australian bush foods. Brookfarm have long used Australian native ingredients in their blends, and are proud to continue to drive the growth of the Australian native bushfood’s industry. The use of the Australian pink lake salt, supports the Barengi Gadjin Land Council of western Victoria and the traditional Saltbush of the Australian outback, helps reclaim saline affected lands.
