Bec is a people leader at heart with a passion for customer service and creating meaningful connections.

With over 25 years experience offering world class customer service in the aviation industry, Bec is committed to creating teams that feel seen, empowered and valued.

As a Customer Service Manager for Qantas Airways Ltd she hosted a TEDxSydney event onboard a 747 aircraft en route to San Francisco, ‘Ideas that Travel’.

Bec assists the Experience & Culture team this year, to work with the amazing volunteers that are at the core of our TEDxSydney main event.
