Janna has a background in music events and has worked as a programmer, artist liaison, and business/legal affairs manager for events including the Good Vibrations Festival and Sydney Festival. Janna landed in the industry after taking rather a long time to complete an arts/law degree that was punctuated by escapades to distant jungles and time spent as the founding-director of the inaugural NSW Human Rights Arts and Film Festival. Spending her early childhood in Papua New Guinea and returning later to volunteer briefly in community development, Janna is delighted to be working in a capacity that supports people to experience new ideas and different perspectives via engaging, creative experience; believing it is through these experiences that positive leadership and systemic cultural change is engendered.
