Soren Trampedach has an impressive 20-year career in leadership positions in several industries with a focus on the office furniture industry. He developed Work Club to provide established businesses with a unique, boutique solution to the challenges posed by the rapid pace of change in the working environment.
Prior to establishing Work Club, Soren spent 10 years with the world’s second-largest office furniture manufacturer, Haworth Inc. Joining as Regional Sales Director of Greater China and North Asia in 2002 at age 30. Soren subsequently became the youngest ever Vice President and General Manager of Haworth Central Europe, the company’s largest international region.
Soren attributes his success to being a visionary strategic thinker who delivers through strong team engagement and authenticity in his leadership style. His strong business network spans most continents and he has a strong cultural understanding due to his geographic exposure.
A truly international citizen, Soren has lived and worked in Denmark, England, Germany, Ireland, Spain, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and now Australia. He speaks Danish, English, German, Spanish, Swedish and Norwegian, plus knowledge of Mandarin.
Since launching Work Club in 2014, Soren has appeared on SKY Business News and in BRW, the Financial Review and Business Insider. He has presented at VIVID, partnered Work Club with TEDxSydney and as CEO of OLLO Group, continues to provide consultancy to major corporates such as Google, Deloitte, NAB and Facebook on work place optimisation and trends.
