How to Argue Your Way Out of Everything by Theodora Von Arnim

TEDxYouth@Sydney 2013 · 17 November 2013

Theodora will be giving our audience her best tips on how to phrase your argument in an articulate manner. She should know, she’s argued for youth wages in Youth Parliament and penned an article on youth apathy for the mX. Theodora is student aged 16 at Sydney Girls High School, and is just starting her HSC. She represented her electorate for the past two years at the NSW Youth Parliament, and was the Premier of the 2013 Youth Parliament. Theodora recently travelled to the Solomon Islands and represented NSW at the Regional Youth Parliament. The Regional Youth Parliament combined delegates from Australia, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, and Theodora was elected Prime Minister of the inaugural Regional Youth Parliament. Her passions include social justice, working in her local community and political engagement. After graduating high school she aims to study Law, and continue to strive for equality and fairness in wider society.
